As our strategy director you are responsible for creating the strategic marketing plans for our clients. You are the trustful guide when it comes to branding and demand generation.

  • You deliver balanced strategies for each brand, led by insight and evidence.
  • You constantly bring the consumer perspective into the planning process.
  • You build strong relationships with each of your key clients.
  • You advise on marketing strategy to keep our clients thinking upstream.
  • You advise on measuring the performance of campaigns.
  • You ensure strategic recommendations are evident in implementation.
  • You lead the strategy in new business pitches.

Your skills & experience

  • You have more than 5 years of experience in a strategic role, preferably in the agency world.
  • You have extended experience in developing strategic marketing plans.
  • You are able to enthuse clients and colleagues.
  • You have the gift of explaining complex things easily.
  • You are familiar with different (digital) strategic models and can implement them in real life.
  • You are comfortable speaking in front of groups.
  • You are a motivator and expert, and you actively translate your vision into hands-on plans.
